I wrote this as part of a larger piece called "Catherine & Alexander" (and not about the same Catherine from the "took a pic for me" song). It's a story I wrote a long time ago about a woman who loses one of her children, and then finds (seeming) solace with her guardian angel. Hopefully I can realize this one day, because I've always thought it was one of my better ideas.
